Shake Days

All days are shakes days to ensure you are getting at least one meal with is a nutrient-packed, low-glycemic, full of energy-fueling carbohydrates, infused with essential vitamins/trace minerals, good fats, filling fiber, and 24 grams of high-quality protein packed meal. Support your body in maintaining its overall health with a minimum of one shake per day. (No artificial flavors, colors, sweeteners, and no trans fat.)

Consuming a single shake a day (combined with favorite essentials) is what’s known as the maintenance phase.  If you are in your first month of the lifestyle OR still in the process of losing weight, two shakes a day would be consumed in place of meals.  Please use Shake/Meal Day Schedule  for best results.
